Miriam Melvin (MiMi K) essentially ushered me onto TV news. She has always been gracious and collaborative with me over the years with medical stories and how to tell them well on the air. sincere encouragement, by lifting them up, because she knows we all go furthest

together.  I am proud to call Mimi a fellow journalist and a friend. I am better for knowing her!
